Our total production process includes six critical steps for creating the most successful videos for your healthcare company, clinic, or practice.
The first two questions we ask are: “Who do you want to reach?” and “What story do you want to tell?" We want to be very clear on your audience and messaging.
We develop a "treatment” and/or storyboard for your video(s) which will lay out how your video(s) will tell your story and what the look, feel & tone of the videos will be. We offer interview recommendations with patients, doctors, staff, and customers who will deliver your messaging, and other b-roll filming shots we think are important.
We prepare patients, doctors, staff, and customers for interviews, and work with your appointed staff on the logistics of filming on and offsite.
We film for a half, full or multiple days, depending on the scope of your project.
We produce and edit video(s) for your review, including two sets of revisions in the process.
We deliver completed video(s) to you and work with your staff on marketing/leveraging for optimal reach.
